The client distributes its products worldwide having a network of suppliers, several stocks and stores and required a solution to facilitate a procurement and suppliers management. Having studied the client’s procurement process our business analysis group prepared a software working scenarios aimed to improve and speed up the process of supply chain management.
The system features two parts: administrator's part and supplier's part, each of them has its own functionality.
The Administrator’s part is mainly responsible for users management (access rights and permissions), contacts management, stocks control (stock availability for various suppliers), goods monitoring (new products from suppliers), suppliers’ offers processing and delivery notifications.
The Supplier’s part allows suppliers see sale stats, track the amount of goods on the stock and their status, offer a new subject of sale and other.
